All the young women will receive copies but most importantly, our soon to be college student young women will get one to take to University with them!
We would love to have your favorite recipes (especially the favorite recipes of said college students, hint hint Jody and Wynna) so we can include them in the cookbook. You can email them to us through facebook or just leave them as a comment here on the blog.
Thank you!

Women of......
Did you all enjoy Conference this weekend? What was your favorite part? Be prepared to share some highlights on Sunday!!
This Wednesday we are selecting some women from our ward that represent 3 of our values. So be thinking of someone that represents a Woman of Faith, a Woman of Knowledge and a Woman of Integrity. When we meet on Wednesday you will tell us who you think represents these values and why. From the names you submit you will vote as a group who should be the Woman of.... and then we will deliver something to her and explain to her why she was selected. So, put your thinking caps on! This is going to be a fun night!
The only bad thing about conference is not seeing you on Sunday! We have missed you all and can't wait to see you Wednesday night!

YW Sleepover
Don't forget tonight is the Young Women's sleepover at Sis. Clarkson's house.
We will be having dinner around 5:30 and then going to a party. Then we'll come back and party down. Bring any snacks you want.
Remember - you don't have to spend the night, just come and spend the evening with us.
We have a few Seniors who will be leaving us after the school year to go to college so this may be the last sleepover we have with them.

Sis. Howle
Who enjoyed last night's activity? I know I did!
It was so much fun and really interesting to learn our Young Women's theme in American Sign Language. Now I really want to learn more ASL so I can talk to those who can't hear.
Please remember to thank Sis. Howle for coming and teaching us our theme. Maybe she will come back and teach us more.

Mutual
We have something really exciting happening in Young Women. We have talked about it a little but now the details are ready to be decided.
We, the Young Women's organization, are teaming up with the Relief Society to work on Personal Progress as a Ward!
Important Information: Next week there will be NO young women on WEDNESDAY. We are combining with the Relief Society on TUESDAY instead. So next Tuesday, February 8th will be our mutual night. Make sure your moms are planning to stay and work on personal progress with us.
This week, when we meet on Wednesday night for mutual, we will be planning our presentation for next week. We are asking for you to take a little time and gather some information on the program that you would like to share with your moms and the other ladies. We will be compiling all the information and assigning tasks.
Please don't forget to bring your personal progress books tomorrow. They contain all the basic information we need to present. Also, if you have any projects you have worked on that you could share at the presentation we would love for you to bring it.
We are really excited about this opportunity. This is going to be so much fun!
Sis. Meeks - would you be able to bring your computer and wireless card so we can do research and sign the remaining young women up on the website? Thanks!!
